2016 has kicked off to a good start. RETOSA’s restructuring and transformation processes are coming to an end. The Board will now be able to formulate a new structure which will drive and direct the new strategy.

Acting Executive Director, Simba Mandinyenya, said that, “the restructuring process will be driven and directed by the new regional growth and development strategy. The new structure will be informed by the new strategy and this means that there must be a common vision, understanding and goal among the member states”.

RETOSA goes digital!

RETOSA hosted a Digital Marketing Forum and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions) workshop from 16 to 18 February. The theme was “Destination Marketing in a Digital Economy” and particular attention was paid to “Innovative Approaches to enhancing MICE destination marketing”.
